What We Offer

A warm and meltingly delicious welcome

Thank you for logging on and checking out our website. If you click around the different pages you will hopefully find comprehensive, informative and fun information which you will need to take into consideration when deciding whether to add an extra-special feel to your party or event by hiring a chocolate fountain. If there is anything we've missed out or something that you wish to be made a little clearer, then please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. Just fill in the enquiry form on the right hand side of the screen and one of our expert chocolatiers will, if they can drag themselves away from "testing" our products, will get back to you swiftly.

It's hard to imagine anything more luxurious or tantalising than a entire fountain of chocolate at your disposal, with the finest chocolate that slowly melts across your tongue and an array of dips to make the whole experience even more enjoyable and hands- the only thing you need to worry about is getting the stains off your new white shirt the next day! We all enjoy the guilty pleasure of sneaking a little bit of chocolate out of the fridge when nobody is looking or nestling down with a bar of our favourite brand after a hard day at the office, but it really is rude not to share. The opportunity to gather your friends or colleagues around a flowing structure of chocolate and getting them all to indulge in their private pleasures publicly and together is surely a wonderful social ice-breaker of corporate team building activity. Everybody loves to socialise and everybody loves chocolate; thus you are seemingly onto a winner with a chocolate fountain.

Wait, what exactly is a chocolate fountain?

When we were younger, we all used to have this fantastical dream about a Willy-Wonka esque factory where there would be untold confectionary and chocolate wonders to behold; perhaps for some of you, certainly for us here at chocolatefountains.co.uk, this dream usually involved a massive centrepiece- a delicious chocolate fountain which we could drink and eat from. Well, this isn't just a childish fantasy anymore, if you're willing to compensate on the size a little bit from your childhood dreams, then we can make the idea a delicious reality!

Our chocolate fountains consist of a tower-like set of tiers. They are essentially like plates which, whilst curving gently downwards (kind of like a giant fun slide), also increase in width which means that the chocolate drops down seductively from level to level whilst a large circular basin at the bottom collects the chocolate which you might not be quick enough to capture with one of the many dips which add another layer of fun to any chocolate fountain experience. Don't worry about lots of chocolate accumulating at the bottom of the tower though, although your guests or colleagues will likely guzzle up most of the chocolate as it makes its way down the structure, there is a special system in place which means that the chocolate from the bottom is pulled up through the structure and released once more at the top. So, if there's a particularly thick section which you didn't quite manage to elbow yourself towards the first time around, you should certainly be able to get in there on the second attempt!

If you do decide to add an extra zest to your event and book a chocolate fountain then we will provide helpers who will set all this up for you. We will deal with all the cleaning afterwards as well which means that you and your friends or guests can get down to the fundamentally important part of having a chocolate fountain: enjoying yourself and getting messy!

What are these dips I hear you speak of?

If an entire fountain oozing with your favourite type of chocolate weren't enough, you can choose from dark, milk or white chocolate, the pleasure and enjoyment of having a chocolate fountain can also be heightened by adding various treats which can be dunked into the chocolate. There really is a whole array of different things you could choose from: the health-conscious ones amongst you who want to balance out the bad-vibes from the chocolate might be encouraged to know that strawberry's and sections of fruit are an often a big hit and also complement the different types of chocolate very well. For those of you who want to go down a more fun road, marshmallows also work brilliantly well, as do sweets such as jelly babies. Some have even been known to use tiny little cakes on the fountains for the ultimate in indulgence and also, for those with more unusual tastes, bread and shortbread biscuits also work very well. If any of these have caught your fancy, or you want to speak to us about other possibilities for dips, then just get in touch with us using the enquiry form at the bottom right-hand side of the page, or drop us an email. Most things work well on chocolate fountains- within reason of course; a 10oz rump steak doesn't tend to complement a chocolate fountain quite as well as some of the our earlier suggestions.

So if you're planning any sort of event, a chocolate fountain really is something which you should consider. It brings a touch of class, excitement and fun to any event. Whether it's a wedding, a children's party, a corporate business event or even if you and some friends are just getting together for cocktails and fancy treating yourself, you can't really go wrong with a chocolate fountain. They make a great focal point for any room and a dynamic place around which guests can socialise.

Hopefully this introduction and the rest of the website, which we hope you will take the time to savour and enjoy, will answer all your questions about chocolate fountains and help point you in the right direction when considering whether or not one would be suitable for your function and what type of chocolate you may want to have. However, we understand that, when planning an event, you won't want to leave anything to chance and thus we would be delighted to hear from you. Either drop us an email or simply fill in the enquiry form on the top right of this page and we will get back to you as soon as possible and attempt to deal with your requests or enquiries. We offer information on hiring but, if you've had one once and have decided, like a lot of people do, that you want to live out the childhood dream of actually owning your own fountain, then we are also happy to discuss the prospect of purchase with you as well- sadly our chocolate operators are not for sale as we need to keep them onboard to send out to the plethora of different events which we are involved with every year. In these tough times, we understand that you want value for money, but also that you want a bit of fun. Chocolate fountains are certainly fun- just maybe don't wear white!
